Principal's Message

Mrs. Erskine

 Mrs. Erskine

Welcome to Madison Elementary, home of the Mustangs.  Madison is a wonderful place to learn. Our goal as a school is to meet the academic and emotional needs of every student, every day. This will result in every scholar making at least one year's academic growth and have a strong sense of belonging at Madison. We believe all students will succeed with focused instruction, targeted support and intervention. Madison teachers and classified staff work together to provide a safe school environment.

Family involvement is an important aspect of student success. Family and community volunteers are always welcome at Madison. Please consider becoming a volunteer through the District's VIPS program.  VIPS are needed in the main office, in classrooms, and for special events.  Stop by the office for an application.  Our students and staff appreciate any support you can provide. Families are encouraged to become involved at Madison by attend our Back to School Night, PTA meetings, ELAC, SSC, Coffee with the Principal, or Open House.

Regular attendance and punctuality is critical to student success.  We cannot teach your child if they are not at school.  We ask that you bring your child to school on time, every day.  Every instructional minute is valuable. We appreciate your support. Please contact our counselor or office team if you need support with maintaining regular attendance.

Together we are working to provide our scholars with the skills they need for college and career. Elementary school is the foundation of a scholars academic journey. We are dedicated to preparing every scholar for future success. All the best to you and your family. Your feedback is always appreciated as we learn together.
