Enrollment Information

2026-2027 ENROLLMENT 

Welcome to Madison,

Registration begins online. To start the process, please visit lbschools.net and select the link “Student Enrollment.” Be sure to review the required documents you will need to bring to your appointment:

  • Original birth certificate
  • Immunization record
  • Two proofs of address (e.g., electric or gas bill, voter registration, pay stub, rent receipt, mortgage statement, or property tax bill)

All documents must be originals; copies cannot be accepted.

If you have questions about these documents or need to reschedule your appointment, please contact the school office at 562‑420‑7731. Please note that one appointment is required per student.
